Title: The PSP Slim...

...does not come with a Video Output cable. Instead, you have to buy it seperately.
This greatly irritates me. Discuss.

To play games on TV, you need to use the component cables to watch. I was mad since I don't own a TV that has progressive scan or a HDTV. Also I have to find another way to record games. Any ideas?

When I wanna record something off my PSP, I downloaded RemoteJoy and the PSPLink, then I used HyperCam to record off the RemoteJoy. Too bad it doesn't have any sound.
Anyone know how to record sound off your PSP?

What I'm wondering is that HOW did they make the PSP Slim more efficient than it's predecessor but smaller? If you ask me, it's slim enough. xD What? are they going to make a paper thin PS3 now?

No it's not.
I own a slim.
It feels better in your hands.
Loads faster.
Plays game and videos in much higher quality.

One of the things was upping the RAM from 32 MB to around 64 MB. That's partially why the PSP can load games faster, because it can put more data into the RAM cache.
In the original PSP, everything was held together by a metal plate, and they made the Slim in a way that didn't include that, which took a LOT of the weight the Phat PSP had. It also had a smaller battery (which gets the same amount of battery life as the Phat PSP's default battery), which gets rid of the "handles" of the Phat PSP.
That's a few of the changes. Websites like
http://pspupdates.qj.net have more information on the innards of the PSP Slim.

the fat one is way better BECAUSE:
much easier to homebrew which is a vital thing to do with a psp unless you enjoy having an extremely limited console. with a slim you have to hope someone with a fat hacked psp will make a pandora battery for you.
homebrewed PSPs load faster due to running games off of the stick, overclocking increases performance, and are more conveinient because you can have games on a memory stick.
fat ones have better build quality as of now. the slims have been having some big problems, even more so than the original PSP's release.
also fat psps are cheaper. there really is no reason to get a slim right now unless you must have tv-out for some reason. the extra ram is nice but there won't be anything that absolutely needs that extra ram unless Sony want to lock fat PSP owners out of a game for some reason.

In order to attempt to stop a possible war, I'll just say this.
If you have a problem with size, loading times, TV Output, and weight(Which I don't.), get the PSP Slim. It's probably better.
If you want homebrews, Pandora's Battery(VERY crucial if you're risking for a brickin'), or something cheaper, stick with the old PSP.
Besides, with a homebrew, you can have the TV Output, which is the only thing I want from the Slim(RemoteJoy ftw.). And I only have Tales of Destiny2 as a UMD for PSP, and that loads really fast.
And Spastic, someone made custom firmware for the PSPSlim on the first day.

I know that the slim had a CFW made for it on the first day. But you still need a fat PSP to get a pandora battery to install the CFW onto it.
e: uh oh i feel a war coming SORRY GUYS
