If you're already a member of the forum but have forgotten your password there are two options available:

Option 1

1 On the right hand side of the bar underneath the adverts at the top of this page there is a link entitled 'Resend validation e-mail'.

2 Click this link and you will be asked to enter your username into the box (Please remember that all usernames and passwords are case sensitive).

3 An e-mail, similar to the validation one you received when first becoming a member, will now be sent to the e-mail address you registered with. This contains your new password and a link you must click to activate it.

4 If you can't see this e-mail (which is usually sent almost instantaneously) in your inbox, check the spam or junk mail folder. Unfortunately some e-mail providers classify these as junk/spam so it's a safe bet just to look.

5 To change your new password to something easier to remember - after logging in with the password you've just received click on the 'My Controls' link above the forums. Next choose the 'Change Password' on the left hand side of the page and follow the instructions.


Option 2

1 Send Simon or myself an e-mail or private message stating that you've lost/forgotten your password along with your username and e-mail address.

2 A new password will be then sent out to the e-mail address you registered with.

3 You can then change your new password to one you want by following step 4 in the previous option.
