Stanja - January 5, 2005 04:51 PM (GMT)
I think overall the Bolton halls stand up is the best but i'm not 100% sure coz if it wasn't 4 Top of the Tower we wud b without the great catchphrase such as Garlic Bread, and It's spittin lol which is ur fave?

Ironside - January 6, 2005 10:11 AM (GMT)
It's spitting! Get the kids in :D
Some good bits at the Top of the Tower, but overall Bolton has to be the best!

kingy - January 6, 2005 11:10 AM (GMT)
thought them equal!

Garlic_Bread? - January 7, 2005 10:42 PM (GMT)
I really love both of them but Bolton just has that edge

Ironside - January 7, 2005 11:59 PM (GMT)
Yup!
He'd want to make the Bolton one better, simply because it's his home town.

Pheonix - January 14, 2005 10:43 PM (GMT)
I've not actually seen the Blackpool one :(

Amarillo - April 2, 2005 01:30 PM (GMT)
I think my fav. was the answerphone one. Hello this your Mother, what's all that about ?. as though I wouldn't know it was her.

Haze - April 2, 2005 01:40 PM (GMT)
Yeah!

'Please leave a message after the tone.
Hello my name is mum, and my number is...'

dawneh - April 2, 2005 02:06 PM (GMT)
I can't eat a hob nob now without shouting - dip me again !!!

Peter Kay has totally corrupted my use of the English language... for now on it's always gonna be t'internet... and when it starts raining - well you can imagine... it's spitting - everybody in !!

Maybe this is why I get such funny looks off people !!!

Haze - April 2, 2005 02:26 PM (GMT)
hehe a guy I know tried to do the Peter Kay gag on me the other day by saying 'isn't it funny how people use their hands like 'wanna brew' and how people only respond when you do the hand gesture and say 'oh yeah I'll have a brew'.

Now usually I'd find it funny but it's the fact that he claimed the joke as his own and made out that he'd just thought it up! At least give Peter some credit for his own jokes! :o

dawneh - April 2, 2005 02:30 PM (GMT)
Some people !!!

If you're gonna try and pass of a joke as your own you should at least pick something a bit less well known !!!

PaddysGal - April 2, 2005 03:37 PM (GMT)
the cheek of it trying to pass off Peter's jokes as your own :o Reading these post has reminded me that I must watch the Dvd's again, no matter how many times I see them they alway make me laugh, even though I know what is coming next :)

When he told me the 'wanna brew' gag I just stood there staring at him waiting for him to mention Peter Kay, but he didnt and just carried on chatting! Naughty thing!

Anyway I have the 'Live at the Bolton Albert Halls' gig on my ipod, so when work gets too hectic I just switch it on and I giggle away! :D

dawneh - April 2, 2005 09:14 PM (GMT)
Oh to be able to listen to Peter while at work - that would be bliss

I have to make do with the piccys I have pinned to my wall !!

Oh and sneaking on here every moment I can !!

Great Idea Haze, I had never thought of doing that!! Better not take it to work though or I would never get anything done :D
