do we have kareoke? coz if we do i was thinking of a singing contest ir something daft like that! just for a bit of fun!

Haze - September 25, 2005 02:58 PM (GMT)
I think we decided against karaoke, as we weren't sure if people would be happy about paying for a ticket, just to then turn up to a club and listen to people wailing out tunes. No offense, I even thought it would be a good idea at first, but if you think about it, people may prefer a night where professionals are entertaining us.

We do need some local entertainment that we could maybe contact, so if you have any ideas or contacts, please let us know!

OK Hayley this will be my last post. If it's going to be so Unique. Can you tell us which Celebs. "You" personally have got to attend on the night. I thought this was suppose to be a joint effort obviously not and decions. Your asking for help but really you don't want that if the truth's known. Anyway I hope the night is a Great Success for the sake of the Organisation. Byeeee (wave)

whats the matter with you amerillo? :o but he is right haze, you've got to take all these ideas into account because there has to be something for everybody, and amerillo, there dosn't have to be celebrities at our night anyway! its not about how many celebs turn up, its how much cash you raise! were not competing with other charity nights, but wouldn't it be a bit boring if it was exactly the same as all the others you've been too?

OK.... in reply to Amarillo well...

1) I am NOT prepared to discuss this openly because quite frankly you are not worth the effort if this is your attitude. (the things I could say... well I won't cos I'm just too polite for my own good sometimes)

2) - Kay1 is right, we must remember the reason as to 'why' we're holding this event.

3) - as far as I'm aware neither myself or Hayley have done ANYTHING to deserve this... feels like a slap in the face in my opinion. And can I just add... what's with the sudden 'obsession' of 'celebs' you're not the only one who 'knows' a few people you know.... arrrgh  don't get me started!!! lol - and just for the record... I'm NOT trying to show off by saying that, those of you who know me will know I'm not like that.

4) - this conversation has got out of hand, if you have any problems you should discuss them via PM NOT publicly!!!!!!!!!! but while we're on the subject, I didn't reply to your last PM because I was busy btw.... I do have a life believe it or not.

5) - I am NOT amused.. never have been by your posts anyway come to think of it.

6) - And finally all I'm going to say is , 'So long, farewell, Auf Wiederseihn, Goodbye, and good bloody riddence!!!!!!'

(not necessarily in that order btw apart from the last point obviously lol)

Sorry but......... *sings* AND WE DON'T TAKE Sh*t FROM ANYONE

OVER AND OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CASE CLOSED!!!!!!! Nothing is spoiling this for us, do yer hear.... NOTHING!!!!!!

*huge sigh* that's better.... feel better after that, not like me to speak me mind, but it had to be done my friends.

Btw - please can we get back on topic!!!! ta folks!!!! (thumbs up) (good job I can laugh!!! (lmaorolls) (tease) )

Thanks so much again Carly!!!! (thumbs up) It's much appreciated.

How's about I start writing the list up in the first post of this thread, so everyone can refer to it as and when, I will also keep it updated so any new ideas will go straight on the list and we can decide from there what we are going to go with for the actual night. Just a thought.

*just so you all know I have started the list on the first post in this thread, but we need MORE!!!!!!!! so come on I'm sure we can all come up with some good ideas if we get thinking. The whackier the better, its gonna be fun, fun, fun (Excit) We've got loads of stuff from Peter's dvd's to inspire us so come on (tease) !!!!! Tickets for the do will be going on sale in several weeks, so we need to get crackin' (thumbs up) *

Great idea Kay1!!!! But are you sure you want to part with it? Dunno if I could lol

I've noticed on ebay there is another Max & Paddy call sheet, was just wondering if it's the exact same one Carly got, and if the same person has run off copies and is selling them that way. I was thinking of perhaps putting a bid in for a prize for our fundrasing auction?? what d'yer reckon?
