And more importantly that you're enjoying them :D It's going to be a while before I can get any cd's/dvd's etc there are so many that I want at the moment and my Christmas list is just growing....... plus I need some books for college, and I need to seriously start saving up for building my own little recording studio so I can work at home arrrrghhhh!!!! Seriously though, glad you're all enjoying the dvd, but I was just curious about summat. A while ago on Channel 4, if I rememebr rightly I watched Peter Kay Live at the M.E.N Arena I remember it well as I recorded it, and still have it on tape. I missed the first opening titles but I caught it just a few mins into it. I was just wondering if this is the very same Peter Kay Live in Manchester as the dvd that is out now? Sorry... I'm thick I know :wacko: :unsure: if it is the same one, don't they usually bring out the dvd first and then show it on tv or am I going completley nuts?
I know the tv version will be cut and I know with the dvd you get the added extras etc but I was just curious.

think it's the same icks, i'm reluctant to buy it as it's the same material as bolton albert halls, but then there are the extras i suppose. just seems like a bit of a rip off when it's the same show just with exciting extras.

I thought the same mate but ive asked for it for Christmas, that way Im not paying for it :D lol Plus reading about it on here, the extras sound quite good.

Plus this is someone who had the Top of the Tower show on video and then bought it on DVD aswell...

We watched this today lol when ever we watch a video on the last day its always Peter Kay lol I’m standing next to the tv doing it in sine language i know it that well lol

the extras are fantastic! the tour documentry is so funny! its shaft!!!!!

I'm actually loving this -- some same material from Bolton but some newish stuff!!!

Loving the alternative Amarillo -- they certainly got a lot of entertainment from keep showing Ronnie Corbett going .... never mind!!!! And the stills from the shoot, different from the ones on the CD -- a couple of rather nice ones of Peter and Paddy!!!

I actually got the Manchester one BEFORE I got the Bolton one, so I didn't twig it was the same one at first.

I love the outtakes Amarillo video as well, even though you only see a quick glimpse of Max and Paddy doing THAT FIGHT, haha!

I got the Manchester and Bolton standup (bungalow tour) vd's last weekend and just watched the documentary on the Manchester one, it was EXCELLENT!!!! :peterkay111: (Excit)

Lots of new stuff in it as well. I love the way they interview Deidre Kay (mum) as if she is just a fan...lol
