The forum is now one year old here are some facts figures and a brief history of the forum over its first year.

The Forum was created on Jan 2 2005, 05:40 PM By Ironside, the forum was helped by kingy to get everything on the technical side correct they became co-admins. Over that month the forum grew and by February it already had 25 members. Mods were put in place, the original mods were Stanja Sibbydm and Zinterz. Zinterz was going to make a Peter Kay fan site so it could co inside with the forum. By March 21st I was asked to make www.peterkay.y11.net the official site for the forum, with this I became a mod and replaced Zinterz. As months went on Stanja and Shibbydm also decided to step down as mods, the forum was growing, Paddysgal IckleBelter and Dawneh avid members of the forum were asked if they were wanting to become mods. By May 15th Kingy decided to move on and leave the forum in the hands of Ironside, I was asked to replace Kingy. I was now in charge of the fan site and part of the forum, the fan site was becoming more known meaning it crashed more often, I paid for hosting for the site. The forum was also getting bigger by July there was already 180 members +. Amarillo was also in there some where can’t find the date lol along with paddy playing at Anfield.

Peter went to live 8 and stole the show and July was the month of the London bombings we were one of the first forums on the internet to know about this because of peterkay744, she post a topic telling us about it 10 minutes after the first bomb, I was the first one to post in the topic I replied “I’ll read it later” thinking it was nothing, this had never happened before, only when I heard during my school break that there was an explosion in London did I know what the topic was about. July was also the month that Ironside decided to step down as admin and become a normal member I became full time admin and dawneh was prompted to co-admin. The 2nd of July was our first big chat, it was on the forum instead of the chatroom, the chatroom came along 4 weeks later after we decided it was easier to control ect. There was also a few warm up dates for Paddys tour in July

August most members got a tan lol

September saw a few more warm up gigs from paddy and some of the very first reviews. Patrick also had The Match trials to see if he would get into the squad

October was many things Max and Paddy was released on dvd, Paddy was also a player in Sky Ones The Match, the forum had daily video updates from him the academy and a report from when I went to see him live at St James Park. Kay1, Haze and Peterkay744 became Reports Mods on the forum watching over to make sure nothing was posted that shouldn’t and the warn metre was introduced. The forum was in Halloween sprits when the forum was themed with a Halloween feeling for the week running up to Halloween. The 30th of October saw the beginning of paddy’s tour The Dark Side of the Force. We had loads of reports from his tour and even more pictures. The Manchester Live dvd was released in November. The best of Peter Kay was also released on the 23rd

December saw the forum change into a winter wonderland, we even had our own advent calendar to count down to Christmas, The first half of paddy’s tour finished on the 2nd of December. The fitness video was released on the 27th, helping us lose that extra bit weight gained over Christmas or that was the dvds intentions lol. And that’s where I stop for this year.

another memory of him is sitting in a hot and sweaty internet cafe in gran caneria viewing the forum to catch up on all the gossip! now thats dedication for you! :D
