I think the dvd is so funny.
I love the Brian Potter workout live at the Phoenix Club (in Bolton just past Balti Towers)lol
Working out with WD-40 haha!

Just got my copy today and watched it tonight while we had our chicken and chips(and nowt moist)...it was excellent, so funny and yes, I think it will be good as a workout as well when I can put the chips down and get off my pert backside.

Paddy looked gorgeous as usual but I love Max...

Maybe a little late in this review but I didn't think it was that great to be honest. It was Max's 3rd voice (what's all that about?) Max had a different voice for every series he starred in!

The only funny part in it was when Valerie whacked Max!

Every time I do The Power Of Two, I try and follow Paddy but ALWAYS end up doing Max's version, hehe!

GAH - I didnt attempt it any other time I watched the DVD... it's much easier to sit back and laugh... I'm sure you can shed a few pounds if you laugh hard enough - and it's much more fun... Unless of course you actually have Peter & Paddy doing the training with you !! ;) :lol:

I wanted this for x mas from asda dropped hints to my mum n dad still no max n paddy's road to nowhere plus power of two boxset :( lol

I will be buying it off amazon now hopefully have it next week :)

I suggest watching it through first without attempting to do the exercises -- get as much of the laughter out of your system as possible.

If not, you're certain to do yourself an injury, and it won't be from bicep curls and that 'Cat' thing!! ;) :lol:

I've still not managed to get myself The Power of Two dvd, is it any good? I've only got Max and Paddy and Phoenix Nights. Slowly building my collection up!

It's BRILLIANT, Danielle. You can guarantee to either lose weight by working out to the two of them, or laugh your weight off!!

Either way, I LOVE IT!!

I still haven't managed to get the Power of Two. I went into HMV yesterday and it was £20. I am sure I have seen it for cheaper than that online. I will hunt about and see what I can find but if not, its back down to HMV on Friday and my purse shall be £20 down! :P

I thought that too! Sometimes that shop is way overpriced I think! I am going to look in Woolies tomorrow, see what they are selling it for.
The copy in HMV was in a green outer box with the actual DVD box inside that, so is that some sort of special edition? It wasn't the one with Road to Nowhere with it but it was in an outer box as well as the DVD case.

Everyone keeps on saying how funny it is so I can't wait to see it! And of course I want to see Paddy working out :P *tries very hard to look innocent* :lol:
