Well folks, here it is the moment you've all been waiting for, the grand total raised for the Ichthyosis Support Group at our Phoenix Nights fundraiser on Saturday 28th January 2006!!!!!!

And you know what? I got a lovely message yesterday from a lady who said "I was thinking about a charity event myself and you encouraged me to do it sooner than I expected!" How nice is that :)

There you go then... an inspiration to others.. you cant ask for more than that... I guess that most people think they wouldnt be able to organise a successful event themselves... and you've shown them that it can be done !

Awww shucks thanks Dawn (hug) you know.... I think if anything, by doing this I have gained a hell of a lot of self confidence, something I was seriously lacking. Not only that, I have gained lots of great friends, learnt loads, raised lots of cash for a charity so close to my own heart, and to top it all off I had lots of fun in the process!!!!! I'm just really proud to have you all there to support me through all this thanks guys and gals (thumbs up)
