We have heard loads of rumors, Paddy him self has said they have written another series but when it will be filmed has yet to be said.

Word has it they've wrote the new series, but other sources say peter has wrote something completley new for this year, we'll see what happens!

I do hope there's a second series of Max and Paddy. It's the funniest thing I've seen tv for years.

I appreciate that they're extremely busy people, but I can still hope.

Something new eh. I actually think I'd rather have a 2nd series of M&P or a 3rd series of PN instead of something new! Although if this new thing is hilarious then I wont be complaining then I guess :P

You know, as much as I love M&P I have to say I'd like to see more PN (OOO) but with a bit more M&P in it. I don't think they were used nearly enough in PN!!!

You can only doo so much with 2 characters -- hard to write new material I would've thought!!!

I can never decide which i'd like more, phoenix nights 3 or max and paddy 2, i agree that a second series of max and paddy would be much harder to write Han,as ya said theres more characters in phoenix nights to work with (thumbs up)

If it ever is done again, it should be done properly - not just thrown together with the hope that people'll buy it!! That would be the worst thing that could happen to such a class show.

We've all seen it with other series before - they smell the green and creative integrity goes out the window. Shouldn't do that - it spoils the whole thing. I know I've heard myself saying "it was brilliant until they decided to do another series!!!". I'd be really disappointed if I found myself saying that about Phoenix Nights. I love this show!"

I also think that it would be harder to make a new show funny, whereas a continuation of the current series' would allow characters to remain the same and develop their personalities.

I'd love to see some new Phoenix Nights though.
