This new E4 thing sounds interesting, bless him, he said he was doing some writing when I last saw him. He also said he was writing with Peter, so I cant wait to see what comes from that. :peterkay111:

Well I've just this minute got back from the Jason Manford gig at The Comedy Store in Manchester with Johnny (Kay1) and it was great!!!! We really enjoyed it was such a good laugh :D I was in need of a good giggle and I was laughing me head off, nice one Jason!!!! (thumbs up)

We got there quite early and when the staff finally decided to open the doors to the actual theatre part of the club we managed to get a seat on the front row. I kept saying to Johnny, 'Jason better not pick on me' haha :lol: And I knew I should've kept me gob shut..... anyway more about that later. The show was filmed for a pilot programme for E4 called 'Modern Worries' apologies if I got that name wrong, I'm sure Jason will put me right on that if I did get it wrong :unsure: ;) It was about the differences between modern men compared to men in the fifties and it was really funny. Some cracking jokes and some audience interaction. And there was one idiot who wouldn't shut up and kept coming out with a few obscenities shall we say... I won't repeat them on here cos I'm a lady (well I was last time I checked) :lol: :rolleyes: I don't want to give too much away about the show itself because I don't want to spoil it for anyone. But all I will say was it's a good 'un and I'm sure you'll enjoy it :D And yes I spoke too soon about Jason picking on us, he spoke to me and Johnny but I'll let Johnny tell you what he said. I still keep giggling about it (lmaorolls) Trust you Johnny!!!! :rolleyes: (tease) I think the programme is expected to be on tv on E4 sometime in June.

Thanks again Johnny it was great to see you as ever. I had a great night and we had a good laugh didn't we?!!! It was much needed I can tell you (thumbs up) so cheers ma friend :) And nice one Jason, sorry we didn't see you afterwards but we had to go for our trains etc hope to see you again soon though.

The topic was hilarious, Men in the 50's compared to Men now, and i have got to say we are a little bit camper boys! :lol: Not gonna spoil the show for you, but its crackin!

As mel said there was one bloke who thought he's be clever! Didn't work though! :lol: I hope they edit him to look like a pr*ck! That would be funny! :lol:

Oh and my question, well we'll see if it gets into the final edit! Sorry guys don't want to spoil it for you but lets just say i make an arse of meself!

If anybody watched big brother tonight. before the show started there was an e4 preview and it had jasons show on! It starts on the 7th july, so keep yer eyes peeled for it! (thumbs up)

Well, Funny Cuts is this comedy show where they air 15 minute comedy shows/skits.

It premiered on E4 last night at 10pm and it was, well, erm, DIRE!!! Or at least the 2 they showed last night were. It's the show that I think our very own Jason Manford is appearing on. Hopefully his effort'll be better!!! I'm waiting for Kay1, Mel, or the man himself to put my mind at rest. Wouldn't want to give it a miss based on last night if it gets better!! :lol:

ah right am with you now Han! it is a new show, thought you were going on about a show which has been running a while - - no wonder i aint heard of it then! Will have to ook out for that one - - wasn't in last night anyway, was at my Carpenters night!
