i went to see him last night, hes was brilliant, i got quite a few pics!!!! was it leslie that i spied giving paddy a drink? just wondered/
gutted i didnt get to see him at the end because i didnt know where to go did anyone meet him?

Well here goes nothing!!!

We got to the venue and got parked at 6pm and had a look for the stage door so we could catch the lads after. Doors to the Auditorium opened about 7.00 so we had a wander inside and bought some devil horns and bits. While we were waiting I spotted Rod talking to some bloke (for what seemed like hours!!) so me and Karen (Who's joined the forum today-- we have a new convert!!!! Hey Karen!!!!! *waves madly*) wandered over to him and I think made his day a little bit by getting an autograph and piccie. Rod came on at 8pm -- did his bit which we got pictures of. Don't think much of it's new but it's still funny!!! We even got a little bit of an acknowledgement from him when he left the stage so we were a bit made up! It's good to make an impression!! :lol: If any of you get the chance to catch him before, just go over and say hello and give him a little bit of a happy!!! Don't think he gets much attention bless him!!! ;)

Paddy entered the stage at 9pm and was on for his usual hour or so stint -- there was some FANTASTIC new material -- I tell you, the boy never fails to impress but of course I'm not gonna let on what the new stuff is cos it'd spoil it!!! And yes Faye that was Leslie who gave him her drink!!! Karen had a blast and was laughing from start to finish and is eagerly awaiting her next chance to see da man live!!!

After the show we headed round to the stage door to catch them, there was actally quite a crowd. Tony was in and out of the building like nobody's business so we spent quite a lot of quality time with him. Got a huge hug off him and a fab picture (I love Tony -- he's great!!!) There were a couple of lads who were trying to spoil it but Leslie gave them what for!!! ;) Paddy came out about 10.30pm and, as usual, was gracious and signed everyone's stuff and had photos taken, I had to nick off a bit early so I could get the car and not be charged so missed the group photo opportunity -- but I do have a copy!!! ;) But saw Paddy as he pulled out the car park when I went back for Karen and got a bit of a wave so it wasn't so bad!!! :lol:

All in all another fab night courtesy of the Padster -- when's the fourth leg??? ;) Did I miss owt?? KP (Yes Karen you are in my phone as KP so get used to it!! It takes too long to type Pickersgill!!! :lol:)? Faye? Leslie? Anyone else who didn't let on they were there??? Got home at 4am and only had 5 hours sleep so've probably missed something!!! :lol:

Oh, almost forgot, I'll upload piccies later and give you some linkage, and I gave the Forum ep to Tony who said he'd pass it onto Paddy so watch this space -- or rather the Forum ep space in the Archive -- for any news!!!

awww im really upset now! all i wanted to do was see him afterwards, but i didnt know where to go and i was a bit lost so i went :( totally gutted now!!
i was looking out for u han and leslie to like see if i could come with u to see him but i couldnt spot anyone!!

i was in block b, sp quite near the front, and then when it finished i was waiting where the bar was to see if i could see either of you, but i couldnt :( so i ended up going to christies pub and having a drink :( i just wanted a picture with him really.
next time you see him, if you do , could you get him to hold up a piece od paper saying hi faye then taking a photo? haha
where are you going to see him next?

He does in mine too -- there was something weird going on with the lighting so should probably have switched the flash off!!! Got a lovely one of Tony's a*** which I know I won't be able to share because photobucket'll say it contravenes their policies or some s***!!

The new material is fab!! Like I said I don't want to give too much away before others have seen it, but if you want to remind me when the tour finishes I'll tell you all about it!!! ;) I won't tell you before because you never know, you may, by some miracle, get tickets (there's probably some on eBay!!! ;) :P (OOO) ) and then you'll curse me!!! :lol: Keep your options open!! ;)

Oooooh...hello everyone!! I'm the newbie that Han has already told you about! :D

Just wanted to say hello and to say that I thought last nights show was really tremendous!! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, and as Han already said I can't wait to see Paddy again on Saturday! I'm well and truly hooked! :D

Was so thrilled to be able to meet him afterwards too, and get a photo with him! Also with Rod, who I thought was so nice too, and a great warm up for the Padster himself!

Yes, I'm glad, and relieved too!!... that I felt well enough to go and see Paddy!

I missed out on one of the others I was supposed to be going to with Han, so I really really didn't want to miss out again this time!

I'm actually quite jinxed where Paddy is concerned though (as Han already knows :lol: )...as something always seems to happen to me before I am due to go and see him, like last time I fell down some steps and did my ankle in :rolleyes: ..and this time I was ill :rolleyes: ......so I just hope to God I'm gonna be okay for this Saturday!! :wacko:

I know what you mean though, I'm like that at Christmas. Every Christmas with out fail I'm ill, but I fight it and won't let it spoil my fun. Last Xmas I had the flu and lost my voice but I still managed to have a boss time even though I was in agony!
