Well folks, I'm off again hehe I'm going to see Paddy in Sheffield thanks to the lovely Han and her spare ticket. Thanks sooo much hun you're a star (hug) (Excit) It's all been a bit of a rush job, and to be honest I was seriously considering phoning up the venue anyway the other day, but then I saw Paddy's site had been updated saying that it had sold out and I thought to myself... 'ah well that answers that then' hehe but I'm going after all... something just told me I had to go to this gig I don't know why. Got a B&B sorted too so I dont' have to piddle about with trains at silly o'clock hehe. So I won't be rushing round on the night either :D I don't know if anyone here has been to the City Hall before, but it's a really nice theatre I think. Saturday will bring back some fab memories for me :D

I can't wait to meet you both Han and Karen it's going to be a blast!!! I hope Paddy knows what he's letting himself in for with us lot :unsure: ;) :P He'll be surprised if he spots me there I know that much LOL Well I can't let the lad down on his third leg can I?!! ooo-er... maybe I should rephrase that?! :unsure: (OOO) Ahhh.. what the heck I'm in a brill mood for several reasons and going to see paddy on Sat is just one of them woohoo!!! Fab night had by all last night I think!!! Pics to come from about 4 people when all's said and done. Here goes:

Long day yesterday what with picking KP up from Leeds before even getting to Sheffield!!! :lol: Managed to squeeze in an hour at Meadowhall, and then decided to go into town and get sorted for parking and that -- I swear -- we saw parts of Sheffield that no soul should ever have to thanks to dodgy advice from the sat nav, but we finally got parked at about 6:45. Met up with Mel, Karen and Karen's friend Betty in the bar across the square from the City Hall and, after a drink, wandered over.

Rod was brilliant again, and Paddy came on as usual at about 9pm -- another great show -- as if there's any other kind!!! :lol: After the show we headed round to the stage door. Got another big hug off Tony -- who now recognises me!!! :lol: -- and booked for one on Wednesday!!! (I still love Tony!!!) I managed to break KP's mug she bought, but as I said Karen -- I'll get you another one!!! Paddy came out and signed everyone's stuff and had photos taken. We had a massive group photo which I think Mel has!!! I lost track a bit!!! :lol: And Brookster, I passed on that wotsit you asked me to!! ;)

Did I miss owt anyone?? Got home at 4am and only had 5 hours sleep again due to a detour because of an accident on the M62 so've probably missed something again!!! I'm hopeless!!! :lol:

They've definitely done something with the lighting the last couple of times -- hopefully I'll get some better shots next time!!! 'Tis a shame you couldn't make it Johnny. You should've told them you had plans already!!! ;)

I don't blame you for going so many times Han, because his show is always fresh. Every time he gets on that stage, its like its his first night of the tour because he is just so enthusiastic, full of energy and you believe that he is actually telling you this stuff for the first time.
It is hard to believe that he has done this now for nearly 100 nights. You need some talent to be able to do that, it is one hell of a skill to have! I really am so proud of him.

As for last night....well what can I say but it was absolutely SUPERB!!!! I enjoyed the last time, at Harrogate but last night was even better!! (Excit) Not only the show which was absolutely brilliant....Paddy seemed to be really enjoying himself :D .....but being able to meet him again afterwards and get not one but two big hugs from him.... :wub: Thanks Paddy...you're a STAR!! (thumbs up)

Also....meeting the other girls from the forum who are all really really fab!! (thumbs up) Thanks Mel, Karen & Betty, it was sooooo nice to meet you all and was really good fun too. Thanks for the drink too Karen, very kind of you. I'm sorry I never bought you one back as I was a bit too giddy thinking about the night ahead I think :rolleyes: ...so I owe you one next time I see you at one of the shows!! :D

Talking of which....I wanna go to Manchester!!!! (Excit) ....BUT I don't have a ticket :( I also need to check if it's on a weekday or a Saturday! If it's a Saturday I can definitely go but weekdays are a no no unfortunately because of work :(

Could maybe get there after work, I finish at 5.30pm. Coach station near where I work too which is ideal.
