I sent off for mine nearly an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived. Anyone else got problems with it?

Just hang tight girls. Being the day of release network'll likely be a bit clogged with people sending for it!! ;)

I'd recommend anyone else hanging fire for a couple of days 'til it quietens down a bit. Might stand a better chance of getting it through. If you still get no joy email the site and ask 'em what's going on!!

I'm sure it'll turn up once it looks at the map and finds your phone!!! (thumbs up) I'm assuming it gets sent straight to your phone?!?!? :huh:

I got the first bit where it says to enter the number but I didn't get anything else come up..has it been disabled for a day or two do you think?

I tried about 10 mins ago and managed to get the code you needed to text but I think I will wait a bit before I send it as it looks like there is quite a wait

I sent for the ringtone too but nothing yet.

I'm sure as Han says though it is probably the amount of people all sending for it at the same time.

We just need a little patience I think :)

Hi all I tried purchasing wallpaper and ringtones from the site and had real problems. It took me 4 days of chasing for them to finally send them and then not only did they take the purchase price it also drained my phone of all my credit (more than £20) and to cut a very long story short didn't end up with them so be careful!

I think it's just the sort of thing that happens with ringtones and stuff.

great news I haven't sent for mine yet so will give it a try and let you know how I get on (thumbs up)

(UPDATE) its been over 10mins and nothing :( looks like mine is not coming through either :(

(FURTHER UPDATE) This is really weird just checked my phone and checked that I had sent it to the correct no and under browers messages it was telling me that I had a new message but it didn't beep as normal. It was telling me to download the tone which I have done, he doesn't say it as fast as I would like but at least I now have the tone on my phone !! so I don't know what is going on there :wacko:

then it says download ready for collection so i click select then it says download error :wacko: :wacko: :angry: :(
