Russell T Davies has revealed that he wants pop star Britney Spears to appear in an episode of Doctor Who.
Rather than asking Spears to help the Doctor to save the world, the show's writer Russell T Davies wants her to be cast as a group of aliens cloned to look like the 25-year-old singer.
"I'd love Britney to do it - it would be so much fun," Davies is quoted by the Daily Star as saying. "I'm not sure if she'll come to Cardiff where the show is shot so I'm nagging the BBC to fund a Hollywood special."

Ha ha... well it wouldnt be the first time she got a mention in New Who... Toxic was played on a jukebox back in the first series !!! It made The Doctor boogie !!

This really is quite similar to the dance sequence at the start of Austin Powers Goldmember in which Britney was dancing around, I hope Russel doesn't go the same way! :o

If she won't travel to Cardiff,i think they should get someone who CAN act,instead of wastin' loads of money going over to Hollywood for her convenience!
