I like this idea Ian but what about having a debate of the week. We do have very interesting debates on here (in between the silliness and frivolity!!!) so how about starting a thread about any topic you like and we have a good stand up debate!!! ;) Maybe a bit like 'Have Your Say' on the BBC website.

I like the idea of a debate section, also how about a section where you can have a rant about anything thats been annoying you......i know I have a few things!!!

Also what about a 'Ask the P&P Panel'..we may have a problem or something that always puzzled us and we all get to answer in a wise or humourous way? It could be about Peter and Paddy's work, or about our own lives, or even life, the universe and everything.
