Oooh, I have not heard anything but will keep listening for news! Sounds exciting, did Paul say when it was going to be, and is the exclusive on his show?

I'm hoping that Peter will be on next week sometime, and yes, it did say 'an exclusive', so watch out!

We will probably know on here first. You know what it is like..... all the members on here could work for the police, (with all the detective work we do), we know more of what Peter and Paddy are doing than them themselves. :D

Great, I will keep a close eye out for Peter on the show. I usually tune into Paul O Grady anyway as he's always laugh

Haha, I sometimes imagine the members on here running around dressed as Sherlock Holmes looking for clues of news on Peter and Paddy :P Lurking around corners and snooping through keyholes........even eavesdropping at doors.....its all in a days work for the detectives on here!!! :P Lol ;)

Leslie - April 20, 2007 03:01 PM (GMT)
I wonder what the silly prat's gonna dress up as this time? He's already been a Christmas tree, a nun and a snowman... what's next?!

Cheers for the heads up Becky!! (thumbs up) And welcome to the board.

How's about you nip over there *gestures towards Introductions* and share all your deepest darkest secrets ...... or just introduce yourself proper if you haven't already. Deepest darkest secrets are optional, but rest assured we won't tell anyone ...... ;)

cerianwyn - May 29, 2007 08:32 PM (GMT)
How stupid am I? I'd just finished my last exam in uni, got really excited cos I would be home in time to see Peter on Paul O'Grady, switched on, and he wasn't there!! Then signed on and read the post porperly and he's not on till the 5th June!! I have another week to wait!! Oh well, lets just hope it's worth the wait!!

becky - May 29, 2007 10:33 PM (GMT)
I must say I did prefer his appearance when he was dressed as a nun. The 2nd time at Christmas didn't really do it for me and the fact he was on so soon after the other one.

dinkdankdo! - May 29, 2007 10:50 PM (GMT)

Remember tomorrow, though I doubt any of you would have forgotten. ;)

icklebelter - June 4, 2007 11:09 AM (GMT)
Thanks for the reminder Becky (thumbs up)

Leslie - June 5, 2007 05:07 PM (GMT)
WTF did he look like dressed as a chicken?! And what the HELL was he thinking?

God only knows...

SofteeTop - June 5, 2007 06:43 PM (GMT)
I thought he was brilliant once again. Very funny. Just disappointed that there was no news or Pheonix Nights or the tour. I know it's a bit early for tour news though.

icklebelter - June 5, 2007 07:22 PM (GMT)
I missed it! I've not been feeling too well today and was resting when it was on so forgot about it  ah well not to worry... just one question though going from what's been said about it so far..... what's the point of him being on tv if all he's going to do is the same thing every time and not talk about anything that maybe new in the pipeline  Sorry if I offended anyone by saying that but I find that rather tedious and boring (OOO)

Ian - June 5, 2007 07:42 PM (GMT)
I've got it, i'll edit it shortly

Sponge...Cake - June 5, 2007 07:46 PM (GMT)
I totally agree with you there Mel.

Okay, today I didn't mind Una Stubbs, because I too used to watch Worzel Gummidge when I were younger, but the rest of the show should have been entirely a Peter Kay chat. Not a 10-15 minute ramble about stuff we already know and then chuck in a spooner talking about package holidays from yonks ago.

We want to know what Peter is doing now and in the future. We want juicy snippets about Phoenix Nights and Max & Paddy, not information about his book and how long it took to write. We've all read it..... we know what's in it.

I had to laugh though..... Peter's face was a picture when that package holiday fella starting spouting, utter boredom had set in!! And when he told us to turn over to ITV1 to watch Midsomer Murders..... classic!

Also that Victorian play..... what a load of owd tripe!!!

Anyway, sorry team, rant over.

Anita

OMG!! Worzel Gummage!! I loved Worzel too, I never missed it when it was on tv, and I even met John Pertwee when he came to our local carnival as Worzel.... I won first prize in the carnival parade and he presented my trophy to me and my Mum :) I even had a doll of Worzel with interchangeable heads... which when I think about it now is quite freaky

Reight..... round 2! ding ding

I started this thread on 18 April, excited that Peter was going to be on Paul O'Grady..... I more or less ran to the computer, typed frantically with my news letting you all know..... what would we find out?? would Paddy be mentioned?? maybe a tour??

We've waited how long.... dangling on a string for about 6/7 weeks now for that, what a waste of time!!

Don't get me wrong, Peter was worth seeing, but what a disappointment :(

Oh yes, and by the way Mel, I too had one of them Worzel dolls with the interchangeable heads and an Aunt Sally. Oooooo the good owd days.....

Anita

becky - June 6, 2007 01:02 PM (GMT)
Yeah that bit was very funny. Poor Paul. Lol

dinkdankdo! - June 6, 2007 02:15 PM (GMT)
 i too was left a little dasappointed at yesterdays show, after all the build up,was great to see Pete and yeah it was funny but not a patch on past shows, was hoping for some news not what we already know(autobiography, roary the racing car...)agree the whole victorian thing and that thomas cook fella where a bit lame, had to laugh though when Pete said" i look a right c**k" :peterkay111:
