Hi everyone

Just letting you all know that Peter's 'Stand up Ukay' DVD is now out in the shops.

Oh aye.... when I popped into Asda at Horwich the other day, there's also a cheapo Peter Kay DVD out... you know the unauthorised type, showing bits and bobs about when he were younger and his old stand-up routines I think. Anyway, it was about £3.97 is anyone's interested and wants to add another to their collection..... all I ask is don't come complaining if it's a load of old tripe!! :P

Yeah I saw the Unauthorised dvd in HMV earlier in the week too. They also have paperback copies of Peter's autobiography 'The Sound of Laughter' for £5 ;)

100% don't buy the UKAY dvd, to me its a lazy dvd. If he's got new material written why can;t he just film it?

Wonder if Peter will have the brass neck to go on a chat show to plug it. Cheeky monkey.

I really really really miss him and wish he would come up with something new in the way that made him famous. He has done the book, and Roary and so on, I want a good concert and a DVD with fresh laughs.

I would settle for him reading bits out of the book and telling us about what happened in his own way if you know what I mean, kind of enlarge upon what he was writing about in places. Bit like an adult Jackonory with funny bits under the spotlight as he goes through, not readign the whole book out of course, half of it is on the dvd's anyway, but the other stuff.
