While I can't say anything fair in comparison of the two systems, this strikes me as the sort of marketing strategy to expect from a vindictive seven year old bully. Trade in your D&D PHB and get the Exalted PHB and a side order of massive condescension.

Plus of course all those copies of 3.5 are going to be gathering dust soon when everyone rushes out to get 4.0 (assuming they're not already hooked on Exalted ;) )
