Welcome all to new year with the society.
Things have changed a little from last year, but not too much so I'll just briefly explain what's going on this term (I know some of you may have heard this many times, but just making sure).
Our monday session runs from 7-10pm in AG24 in the Arts building, the room directly across from the entrance. We will have at the session our board & card games on mass, as well as the dancemat and I will also bring the PS2 and Wii, with a few games but bring your own if you want (whether or not other consoles appear depends on other people's generosity).
During the first session (Monday 29th September) we will be arranging what people want to see most at the society as there is a limited amount of time and space for us to use. As well as organising the roleplaying sessions for this term, which at the moment look like they will happen on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Also happening this Monday we will be holding a Mario Kart Wii tournament as an ice breaker of sorts, which will aim to start at around 8pm for those who are interested (no prizes, just fun).
If anyone out there wishes to organise any games of their own for anything then just check with one of the committee, but it should be okay for most things to go ahead. For instance I know there has been quite a bit of interest in LAN gaming this year so we may actually be able to get that running.
As a final note if anyone wants to play a game that may take a bit longer than three hours, we actually have AG24 booked from 6pm (as opposed to 7pm when the session starts). So if people want to use the room beforehand so they can play a slightly longer game, then feel free, but once again check with a committee member first.

Sure, turn up whenever you can. You've missed the Great Roleplay Sort-Out, but other than that, not much; if you're not interested in the RP, don't worry.
