Anyone gonna get it? I'll get it for 360, myself. There's already some reviews from Famitsu (35/40), PSM3 (80/100), and 1UP (8.5/10). They're complaining about the difficulty and the music. IMO the music in 3 was pretty good, and since I could beat 3 on DMD, it won't be too bad here, I'm guessing. But I digress. So who's gonna get it? And what system?

DMC4 for the Ps3 has no load times due to the game installing some files on the HDD... but I'm still gonna get it for the 360.

The PC port will probably have the same quality as PC version of Lost Planet, if not better ;). Afterall, MT Framework is multiplatform engine and DMC4 was made on PC and then moved to XO and PS3 ;D.

Really? Cool. Like james said, maybe there will be some bonus content. Hell, more costumes for Nero/Dante would suffice.

It's amazing, just beat the first two levels... playing on Devil Hunter difficulty.
It's pretty much everything a DMC fan wanted! Only gripe is that it's not all about Dante, but Nero is generally a badass character as well!

also theres an easter egg when Dante is in Devil mode his chest has the emblem of the los illuminados and im pretty sure nero's devil bringer contains virgil's spirit and all you nay sayers its NERO ANGELO NOT NELO NELO NELO THAT WAS A TRANSLATION MISTAKE R AND L IN JAPANESE ARE OFTEN CONFUSED there i made my point.

there are no l's in japanese, its odd really how they have less words to define everything (for instance, sumimasen means excuse me, hello and i'm sorry) but over ten thousand characters in their written language, and tahst not accounting for different dialects and the few different forms it the characters.

russian is very easy to understand in comparison, as it has only a few more letters than english and those are for the accented things like the reverberated r's (its where that comes from in the russian english accent) i know a few letters in russian but i have to keep relearning them cause frankly, its not like i ever use the info, and i cant translate it anyway:P

not that bothered about dmc myself, liked 1, 2 was downhill and havent played the others, if 4 has a decent pc port with good controllers config (unlike onimusha for one) i might gank it for a playthrough.

now im confused is capcom jap or chinese its jap right then the whole nelo angelo thing was a mistake :huh: all i remember is i did reasearch and the nelo angelo was supposed to be nero angelo but they screwed it up

Don't worry, Dmc 4's engine was originally for the PC, then they moved it to the PS3/Xbox 360. Or something.
Anyways, yeah... 2 was pretty crappy. 3 was great, although Dante was a LOT different than his DMC1 counterpart. DMC4's Dante is my favorite incarnation of him.

Overall an amazing game. Final Boss was a let down, imo. Other than that... I love it!

My favorite final boss in DMC is Vergil. He was just damn annoying in DMD. Plus there's epic music going on while you duke it out with your bro.

Like I said earlier, it's not a crappy port. Yay! :)

You know what could be cool? If you could mod the PC version of the game. But modding for DMC 3 SE never really caught on, so I don't know if there's gonna be modding for this one... Meh, oh well.

sorry ive been doing son of sparta mode and bloody palace yeah i beat it at lunch yesterday no let downs here last boss was pretty hard and im loving dante pure badass first time i actually only use rebellions ussually il use found weapons but in this one it plain rules gonna go rent turok to try it im trying to beat it on hard so i can get dante must die then beat that so i can get SUPER DANTE and SUPER NERO saw them in character art pretty sick :D

Dante pwns, even though he doesn't have a lot of weapons... I recall the developers "having more weapons than the other 3 games combined"... oh well. Pandora is pretty badass.

Yeah, found it recently. Beat SoS a yesterday, now onto DMD!
Heaven or Hell = Everything dies in one hit.
Hell or Hell = Only YOU die in one hit.

Hell or Hell is ridiculously hard. One mistake, then you're f-cked. Also, aren't the enemies like their DMD counterparts?

Btw, Khaotic Silver(Or anyone else with DMC4), have you heard of Instant Revving yet? It's a hard, but well worth it, technique to master. Here's some guides:

Yup, I'm working on it, too. IRing has a bigger time window than Max-ACT.
I can do most IRing except I think Red Queen Combo C. You know, the one with Nero bashes the enemy a bunch of times with Red Queen. That one's pure luck for me after the first 3-4 hits. Meh, practice makes perfect. :)
I also discovered recently that you can JC enemies with both Dante and Nero... it's pretty sweet...!

I'm on mission 3 on DMD. Mission 2 wasn't hard. Mission 1 was pretty annoying. I just shot Dante and spammed Buster. Meh, I'll get better rankings when I beat DMD.

Heaven or Hell will be satisfying, especially with Blitzes!

There's no health regen for Super Nero/Dante.
imo, infinite DT for these two is more than enough to rape demons.
