Yeah, sorta I suppose :lol: Chav's are quite a bit different where I live though. They grunt mostly, and can't really string a sentence together.
Chav's would never take on someone one-on-one like that though. They have an unwritten three-on-one minimum rule.

It highly likely.In TF2 it takes no skill to use the scout.Noobs go for the Scout because all you have to do is run in and shoot blindly,and every player knows that Scout players alway be assholes after they kill.
