I'm not going to vote just for the fact that there's a major pro to the game and a major con.

The pro being that the Wii controls really work for the game. Some say it breaks it because your accuracy with the Wiimote is too good, but I say as long as it's fun... who cares? (plus you can still play with a GC controller)

The major con is that the game looks like ass. While the assets are taken fron the GCN version of the game, it's still extremely jaggy, even in 480P.

So I'd have to say that unless you're planning on playing on a standard def TV where you can't see the HUGE amount of jaggies, then don't get it. (a standard def TV softens the image, blending the jagged lines somewhat)

Man, I noticed that with the GC version. It looks like arse on my LCD TV, but fantastic on my oldish 36 inch CRT TV!?

the game looks great on my plasma.

i havn't tried RE4 Wii on my LCD but it looks great on my regular old Inisgina. I voted yes because the controls are great, it takes some time to get use to. but i've played through the game 6 times and on 4/6 i never died.
