¡Wow! ¡It was quite an interview! Only that I wish they had said something else about any other characters. :( And by the Way LeonPlisken... many fans say that in the end of the Resident Evil 5 Trailers is Sherry Birkin, but she might still be Alexia.

Because it hasn't been confirmed Alexia's appearance, I don't know if you recall something like... "We could still retrieve a sample of the T-Veronica Virus from the dead body of Steve Burnside." It was said by Wesker at the Code Veronica's Ending. For something like that I believe it is not Alexia, besides the girl in the trailers has shorter hair than Alexia Ashford in her mutated form. Anyway you have a logical point... and until the game is not released... we shall have to wait for that to know who's that person at the end of the trailer.

Well, Alexia turned into one big meaty blob and then exploded into lots of tiny meaty pieces at the end of Code Veronica -- so I don't think that this could be her.
I go for Sherry -- after all she should be 20+ years old in RE5, and we know that Wesker has her.

It's just not Sherry, why would she be in a test tube? I mean she was never infected in the games... fuck the movies and their stupid rape of the games semi-decent plots. I think it's Alexia, she was a nearly perfect fighting organism, it's all but possible that Umbrella would be dumb enough to clone her. Steve is going to show back up hands down... sure I know more fans that hated him more than anything... but come on, it just seems logical that he'd become the new big bad bio weapon as well.

Alexia is dead. She was a silly subplot game character who only served purpose to create more plotholes and a boss that didn't die within 10 seconds of their introduction.

In RE2, Sherry was injected with the G-embryo and was genetically related to William Birkin, thus the G-embryo would have meshed with her, mutating her. Thankfully, Claire got the antidote and cleaned the embryo out before it took over Sherry's system.

It is completely and entirely possible that Wesker could have wanted Sherry as a test subject for any further G-virus sampling and stuff since she's the only genetic carrier for any of Birkin's genes.

Steve is dead. He has been dead and the only purpose his body served was a carrier for the T-veronica virus because Alexia was GONE. Steve will not show up again. He is history. Thank goodness for that.

Also, there is a new female character making appearances. She looks to be black and has a ponytail. Her face hasn't exactly been shown, but I'm sure she'll be a vital character to the plot. And not Claire. She doesn't even look like Claire. I've had enough dosage of the lady Redfield to last a lifetime.

yer sherry is the girl at the end the reason sherry is in the tank thingy is because wesker convices her into under going an experiment and that she as apartently found out that she wants to carry on with her farthers research and experiments.

It's just not Sherry, and the new woman is definitely not any of the past female characters. I'm actually hoping that with their promise of the Mercs game returning that we will be seeing a lot of the characters still playable. I mean Hunk is practically a garuntee in 90% of the main RE games. I've read so much stuff that make entirely no sense on RE4... the dumbest thing I've read being that RE4 has nothing to do with it and that it's a direct sequel to some of the events of RE4. WHICH IS IT?! I honestly think that they need to just buckle down and have all the characters actually meet on screen for once, I mean according to little tid bits of info we know they have kept in contact and that they talk to each other outside the plot... but if it doesn't happen on screen it's like it never happened at all.

Chris, Claire, Jill, Leon, Rebecca, Billy, Barry, and even Carlos are all still alive and kicking... I think they should finally let us see more than 2 of them in a game at a time.

Honestly I think Steve will be a bio weapon of some kind, it's beyond corny and goofy, but I think it'd be a cool twist to see a nemesis style creature that turns out to be him.

There have been parasites, poisons, giant snakes, the occult, the strange, chainsaw wielding psychopaths, and you know what... people are still claiming certain things about this story line aren't crazy!!!

i think alice and her clones from the movies will be in resident evil 5.

So today, I bought this magazine, because it said "New RE5 Never seen screenshots" on it, so I was like :o!

I scanned the pages for you guys, some extremely interesting details, you kow that "re5 Jill mod" that Huntergamma was making? Well , sorry to say, it's totally false, that is CLAIRE :P (Or a new character like it says) , But cmon, look how close they look!

I sure as hell hope it isn't Claire. I need some new characters to brighten up my incentive to get this game.

I always played RE because I thought the gameplay was fun, I never really cared for the characters until RE2.

I figured it ALL OUT. All by mahself. (with help)

1: Chris is in Afrika, to help save Darfur, damn hippie.

2: Volcanic ash from a recently eruputed Volcano causes people to lose it.

3: Sherry is kidnapped by Wesker, and Wesker is trying to get a piece of the action.

4: Killing black people is fun. :D

5: New character, IS A BLACK CHICK, fuck. And she is probably a sorta Police officer or a Military trained, person.

6: In NoWai, is Claire, Jill, Leon, or other characters going to be in it.

7: Instead of me saying "FFFOOOUUURRRR" I will be able to say "FFFFIIIIVVVEEEE"

8: Hopefully that Mercenaries cover-system is actually true, and in Single-Player. They should lose the merchant, and have little back shops. Or a Radio contact, to air-drop you in weapons. Such as, M4s, MP5, SPAS-12s, becuase. Let's face it, the RE series has never had cool guns.

9: Wesker still better be able to Falcon Punch some black folk. :D

10: This game better end in the most, kick-ass. Awesomest way ever, and the whole game better be like that.
