Exactly as retarded as i thought the Re5 Versus mode would be.YOU JUST STAND HERE like a dummy shooting at your opponent without any possibility of taking a real cover or make an attack or defense strategy fucking retarded.Imagine if the majinis wasn't there LMAO!

eventually though, we all knew dlc would get to the point where you have to buy games you pay for piece by piece after getting for full price so they can get more out of you.

Why do you even compare re5 with a FPS it's not one and never will be(but who knows with Capcom :lol: ).You should put it on the same part as Gears of war,Dark sector,DEAD SPACE or any other 3rd person shooter.In most of them you can't just sit there like a statue take damage and still be able to perfectly aim and shoot.
And Even in most recent fps COD4,COD5,CRYSIS,FEAR2,R6vegas2 and so on you've got some issues aiming and shooting while taking damage.
They made a sloppy work on this mode period.
If you want to make a versus mode for a 3rd person shooter do it properly or don't.You guys need to have a bit more quality exigence when it comes to the games you buy.
What makes me angry is that they take consumers for retarded compulsive buyers.

I have been playing this new Versus DLC for the past couple of hours. It is FUCKING AMAZING fun when you get 3 of your buddies, all have mics, and play "Survivors" or "Team Survivors". Amazing.

I wasn't joking. I LOVE it. I'm freaking addicted to it. I had 3 of my friends come over and we did LAN. It was fun! Then we played co-op and shit. I just got a new 32 inch. So... Fun.

Chips + Dip + 3 Friends + 3 PS3's + 3 RE5's + Versus DLC + 32 inch plasma screen TV = FUN

The price is giving it a bad reputation, both modes are very fun to play. Survivors isn't as fun as Slayers IMO though. Slayers has better music, and your weapons aren't as limited. Plus surivors relies too much on luck and weapon spawns. Team Slayers is the best fun you will get from this game, think 2 player mercinaries mode, only your competing with another 2 player team for the top score, so much fun.

The only problem I can find about it is that there is alot of Pre-pubescent little fucks hosting games. It happened to me twice so far. Some little kid kicked me because:

"OMG STOP USING THE FUCKING SHOTGUN! NOOOOOOB! SOTB!"

lolwut? He's pissed because I kicked everyone's ass? I'm not trying to brag but I got like 80,000 pts and 3rd player got like 40,000 something, 2nd player got like 35k, and the host (first player) got like 2 or 3k by the end.

I dunno what's up with kids these days,playing games they shouldn't.They most of the time back away from real challenges.There's a guy beating the shit out of you at a game so what? just take it as an opportunity to get better :lol:

Funny thing is, playing with people that have a higher skill then you is the best way to make you play better. You are forced to improve your gameplay.

Ofcourse, there are those players that will make excuses or blame everything besides themselves as to why they lose, and in result sit on the bench of mediocre forever.

Anyway back to the new versus mode, I must have been lucky so far, everyone who has used a mic has been friendly and mature about it. Perhaps its because the younger, more moronic players can't buy online content? Win win!

Also I must have played way too much RE4/RE5 mercinaries, I have yet to lose a single game of Slayers/Surivors even with sucky partners :P

Oh yeah dude, it seems like the ppl that play this game just bcuz of the hype are way worst of than the ppl that actually stayed with the franchise since the jump. i was playing co-op with sum random dude and he asked? "why do you always neck-breaker the zombies after u shoot them in the leg? are u trying to get an achievement or sumthing?" WOW

1st. There is no achievement for meelee kills......idk i fogort if there is
2nd. they're not zombies.
3rd. not everyone likes to run out of ammo and then whore ur partner out for sum just kuz ur greedy.

i swear those are the ppl that hold u back from an S rank bcuz they end up dying on you. now i KNOW why everyone says play wit ur friends. one day outa nowhere i played wit my friend whom got the first copy of resident evil 5 at the gamestop we were at on launch night ( i got the second copy :D ) and he was as hardcore as me and we ran thru the game in three hours not even trying. now that was magical
