3:35PM Kojima says this is an experiment to build technnology first, and then expanding content on a platform. Seems like the MGS4 engine will be powering Rising, and will make development easier. Rising will be produced by Kojima's new team made up of "young" staffers.
3:34PM Metal Gear Solid: Rising trailer doesn't feature any gameplay but it is now officially announced for PS3 and PC

wel he's a ninja...prolly sneaking/killing combo game!
anyway what happend..come you guys don't even know?
the only thing human about raiden is in fact his upper head and his spine.
the rest of his body was token off by the patriots trying to make the ultimate soldier. just like they did with greyfox *frank jaeger*
he got cought i believe when he tried to save sunny but was cought and made him the cyborg ninja he is now.
