Here I decided to bring the Spirit of Resident Evil into GTA IV....giving Niko a S.T.A.R.S. jacket, a new Cellphone theme and replace NOOSE patriot into a S.T.A.R.S. squad SUV......

It looks good. One thing, though. It's "Special Tactics And Rescue Squad" not service.
