I think its miroku out of those myself :P but others come close
shippo is very cute lol but he not a dude, Kouga is alright a good guy at heart but he goes about things the wrong way hehe :P and Inuyahsa is sooo grum py and arrongant it gets really annoying despite how much of a dued he is with testsaiga.
Sesshomaru and Naraku are amazing aswell but i think they are in a different eague of coolness to these others they cool in an evil plotting way hehe .

Although its a tough decision I think Inuyasha is the coolest...but Moroku would definately win on the funny front.
But Inuyasha has a sword, a cool one...;)
