1) Acceptance to the Terms of Service
By use of services of Scube Ads, you agree to be bound to terms and conditions at all times. By registering at this site, we assume you have fully read the Terms of Service and that you agree.

2) Our Services
All services we provide, we make no guarantees you will have/find exactly what you want/looking for. Everything comes as is.

3) Ripping
You are not under any circumstances allowed to rip any content this site is using or rip content that is being distributed or for display.

3.1) Ripping Punishments
If you are found ripping a(n)
- graphic partly, you will be suspended for 5 days.
- graphic fully, you will be suspended for 10 days.
- skin partly, you will be suspended for 5 days.
- skin fully, you will be suspended for 10 days.
- documentations, Terms of Service, or important topics, 7 days.
- other copywritten materials on this site, 9 days.

Ripping punishments applies upon this site or your board.

If you are ripping any material on this board that are copywritten, you agree we have the right to report you to InvisionFree or your web/board host you are using.

4) Posting
All messages you post on this board, you are responsible of each of your messages. They must all follow these Terms of Services and forum rules.

4.1) Prohibited Content
All messages posted must not have
- Content that infringes upon any rights (including but not limited to copyrights and privacy rights)
- Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene material.
- Viruses, Hacking, or any other harmful computer software.
- False Information; libel.
- Spam or pyramid schemes.
- Gambling.
- Illegal drugs.
- Terrorism.
- Warez, CD-Keys, Serial Numbers, etc.
- Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind not suitable for children under 17.
- Excessive profanity
- Invasion of privacy or impersonation of any person or entity.
- Any copywritten materials that you do not own.

4.2) Messages Modifications
We have the right to modify your topic/post/poll by editing or deleting any time as we wish without any given notice. We modify if your content is not appropiate (see figure 4.1.).

5) Enforcement to the Terms
Staff enforces the Terms of Service and forum rules. Violations to the Terms of Service, you agree we have the right to punish you.

5.1) Punishments
In breach of the Terms of Service, we may
- Warn you (informally).
- Warn you (formally by increasing your warning on your Warn Bar).
- Deletion/modifications to your post/topic/poll.
- Moderation preview for certain amount of days/hours.
- Removal of Personal Message and/or email rights.
- Post restriction for certain amount of days/hours.
- Temporary suspension for certain amount of days/hours.
- Banishment (permanent suspension, access termination). We have the right to ban your IP.
- Report InvisionFree or your web/forum host you are using.
- Any other punishment needed to take against you.

6) Personal Message
As a member at Scube Ads, you have permission to use the Personal Message system. We can not read messages you send nor it cannot be logged to us. However, we still have control over it.

6.1) Personal Message Abuse
As posting, you are not allowed to abuse your Personal Messages by sending abusive messages. See figure 5.1.

6.2) Advertising in Personal Message
We will not take any tolerance of advertising your board/website in via Personal Message. Advertisement in Personal Message we reserve the right to remove your Personal Message privilidges as a punishment (see figure 5.1.). If you received an abusive or advertising Personal Message, please forward it to an online administrator or staff.

7) Advertisements
You are allowed to advertise your forum but only in our Alloted Sections.

8) Termination
We have the right to terminate your access to Scube Ads any time we wish without any notice.

9) Multiple Accounts
You are not under any circumstances allowed to create multiple accounts on Scube Ads. If you are found using multiple accounts, all your accounts except your original will be banned (not deleted) and punishment will imply as in figure 5.1.

9.1) Multiple Accounts after Banishement
If you were banned and you create another account to gain access to Scube Ads unauthorizedly, we reserve the right to ban your IP to permanently ban you.

9.2) Proxy or Masking IP
If you are masking or using proxy IP in any way to gain access to Scube Ads unauthorizedly, we reserve the right to report you to InvisionFree or web/board host you are using as a punishment of constant violations.

9.3) Name Changes
If you would like your user name changed, please send a Personal Message to an administrator. Do not make another account to use a different user name.

10) Modifications to to Terms
We have the right to modify these Terms of Service any time we wish without any notice. It is your responsibility to check frequently at the bottom of the Terms of Service to see any updates.

11) Privacy
Scube Ads can guarantee your personal details will not be shown.
