Hey, this may sound a bit weird..but um, when I went to a concert, a lot of people were smoking stuff like pot and all that, and I inhaled a lot of that smoke. Ever since then I've been craving drugs and smokes. I do have people I can get it from but I haven't just yet. My mind is saying try it..take it..experiment..but my heart is saying no. This craving is driving me up the wall and it won't go away! Any suggestions?

i've seen waaaay to many people who are hooked to that stuff and they are on the brink of death and literally miserable.
so, find domething more addicting... like music or games. try to stay clean and youll be alrite ;)

Oh please don't try it. You know how many people say, oh just once. Its usually never 'just once'. You are smarter then that ;)

Aw, I've been missing giving advice to these forums...
The thing is though, once you've had a taste of certain drugs, it seems like it tastes good or it doesn't do any harm. You really...REALLY need to make sure you don't take any more. Some people can have only a little bit of a certain drug and already feel "addicted." Avoid hanging out places where there will be any drugs or smoke at all. That's what I had to do. Make sure you feel comfortable enough to avoid being around any drugs, smoke, or alcohol...whatever. Let yourself be away from all of it for a while and then see how you feel.
Usually, it's just a craving. Like, once you've had something, you want to do it again and again. Because, it didn't do much before. Maybe you had a light head, or maybe you felt happy. But you didn't feel bad. And that's what makes you want it more.
What I want to know is how you felt the next day? Sometimes at concerts, they have extremely heavy smoke of hard drugs. That's dangerous. It could be anything. Did you feel sick? Or just overly tired? I've had the feeling where i've just wanted anything in my lungs to calm me down.
Email me at falsealarm21@yahoo.com if it really becomes a problem or you really just need to discuss it.
Believe me, get it all out of your system early before it becomes a bigger problem. It leads to addiction, depression...huge problems that scar you for life.

Have you tried chewing gum? I heard somewhere that it helps eliminate cravings for pot and cigarrettes. Plus, it couldn't hurt to try. Good luck!!!
