all i can do is 115 crunches..but yet no help.
So i do 10 crunches...10 bicyles looking thing..i forgot the name..
and 10 lifts..where i lift my legs and my um..botox bhahah up in the air for lower abs..and onnly for 2 minutes..i got a flat stomach again! woohoO!!

I miss when I was in cheer and I didnt have to care about my weight so much becouse I was always working out
