Diabetes. Dont know if this is the right place to put this but....Im nervouse!

Ive been sick for a while and got curious so today I went to google and typed in the symptoms and Diabetes came up on every page ((Wither that or a hang over lol))

But yeah i have a doctors appointment to test for it this friday so I guess ill let you all know how it gose.

Very shaky Thirsty fatiqued from doing the littlest thing and going to the bathroom a lot.

the best thing is to discuss it with your parents and see if there is family history. after that you should probably see a doctor and get some glucose tolerence tests. its a simple blood test where you dont eat anything for 1/2 a day, then they take some blood..drink some sugar, and then take more blood. its not really that scary, but basically its to test the reaction your blood has to the sugar. im diabetic and i do this about once every 6 months. whilst ur at that blood test thing, its cool if u ask them to test ur blood for gerneral things, as well.. they might as well whilst they are at it and it means u will know if you have anything else.

There is a history in my Family on my dads side.

My dad is taking me to a doctors appoinment to get tested for it on Friday

Actullly i had the appointment today

they took 4 viles of blood from me >.< lol

ittl be a few weeks before i find out

aww well atleast the hard part of the testing is over now u just need to wait. good luck. truly, im diabetic, its not that bad if u are. atleast you know, if u do end up having it atleast then you can look after it and feel better. ^^

I hope it turns out okay. My brother has diabetes its not that bad.

Tests came back
CLEAN as a whistle
well almost clean lol.

We figured out I am Pre Diabetic.(Hypoglacemic) and next month Im getting tested again cuse the things have been getting worse and my moms being paranoid.

But so far im half in the clear lol

That sounds like you were brave! Braver than me!!!!! I freaked out when I had blood taken! Anyway, sounds like you'll be ok!

I've been tested if I had Diabetes. I have all the syptoms. And I;m clean. No diabetes all healthy...for now..i thinkk...

But hopefully all things go good.

Side effects? That sucks..psht..all medi sucks..even though it suppose to help..

Yeah the side effects are

Dizzy
Passing Out
Heat Stroke
and Getting over heated

I keep getting really dizzy but its mostly at school like when I stand up from sitting down for like an hour or when im walking around out side.

Then last week on wensday, I almost passed out like 4 times between the library and jack in the box.

Then at The Remus Lupins concert on saturday I got over heated but I chilled out side for a bit and talked to Alex and it went away.

But I dont care about the side effects. The medicine is helping
