Is nominated by the members. You send a private message to the Administrator with 'Member of the Month nomination' or some thing to that effect in the subject. Then, in the body of the message you need to have who you think has been the best member that month, and a short explaination why. Babycakes counts the votes, and the person with the most wins. Remember you can't vote for the staff as they have their own seperate
