There might be a problem with your bladder if you're having problems with wetting the bed. My brother has a similar problem. You should probably go see a doctor and talk to them about it. In the meantime you shouldn't eat or drink anywhere from 30 minuets-an hour before going to sleep. Good luck.

You may be having wet dreams.

How often does this happen?

Yeah it's probably a bladder or kidney problem. Talk to your doctor.

The fancy name for bedwetting, or sleep wetting, is nocturnal (nighttime) enuresis (say: en-yoo-ree-sus).

..

A lot of doctors think that the best treatment for enuresis is a program that retrains your brain to do one of two things:

  1. wake you up so you can go to the bathroom
  2. stay asleep and hold it until morning

This program includes doing bladder exercises, such as waiting a little longer to pee during the day, reading about and imagining staying dry, or even using a tiny alarm. The alarm is connected to a pad placed in your underwear at night. If you start to urinate, the pad senses the moisture and sets off the alarm. Different alarms buzz, vibrate, or do both, but they're all easy to use and can help wake even the deepest sleeper.

There are medicines that can help kids who wet the bed, including a nose spray or tablet that you take before going to bed. This may temporarily help you out, but it really isn't a cure. Medicines to treat enuresis work best when combined with the alarm or other training programs.

if you are 18+ is it unnormal to wet ur bed and if u did why would u still be bed wetting?

Bedwetting is actually a deep sleep disorder, and research shows that bedwetting is also genetic. If both parents have a history of bedwetting there is a 77% chance the child will also wet the bed. We have worked with and cured thousands of children and infused their parents with hope at the Enuresis Treatment Center in Farmington, MI. The average length of treatment is 6 months, and we are certain we can correct the sleep disorder and end bedwetting. Go to www.freebedwettingguide.com for more info.
