Install Eastern Asian Language support in your XP in Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Languages tab>Supplemental Language Support.

I did put "de" instead of "te" at the first try but still no luck, I would try it again I guess

None letter are small, so you input something wrong. Maybe that green character. This is 'bu' not 'fu', so you must press X button once.

is there a certain point in the game that i have to pass to use the megaclass cards codes. because i never got to phantom black yet.it worked with standered cards but not the mega cards.

I don't understand. All that codes are from hacking RnR2. That code probably you may get somewhere in the game. Some of codes are posted i Capcom's Official Site. You may using Angou Mail almost in the beginning of the game.
