Title: Warn level question

Kingofkingz750 - December 10, 2007 01:29 PM (GMT)
We all know that Black Django is acting a dumb phuc latley causing him to recive warnage. Then I realized *were's the warn bar* Do you hide it from us and when someone unknowingly gets to 100% without knowing it, there just gone? If that's the case, that's laughably cruel.

Megacherv - December 10, 2007 01:32 PM (GMT)
Only mods and Admins can see it (that's why we can see it on TAZ). And I agree, I don't think that Black Django is going to last long (trying to increase his post count in the spam board )

Kingofkingz750 - December 10, 2007 01:33 PM (GMT)
Yea but aren't member's able to see, just there own?

Nemomon - December 10, 2007 01:36 PM (GMT)
No, Moderating Team are not a monkeys group from circus and mostly, when your Warn Level is increased, you know that.

EDIT: Members don't need know that. That information is usefull only for Moderating Team.

Kingofkingz750 - December 10, 2007 01:41 PM (GMT)
Ic. Well I don't care I was just wondrin.

Enzan - December 10, 2007 04:34 PM (GMT)
Actually KOK pointed to yet another stupid thing in TREZ, WTF we should know if we get warned, ya know to learn not to do same mistake again

Nemomon - December 10, 2007 04:44 PM (GMT)
Read Rule Board once again if you don't know, what you can't. Warning level is for notify, what member is doing wrong. Members don't need to know that. If once you will be notified for reviving, once again you will not doing that, because you will remember that without knowing Warn Level.

zero - December 10, 2007 08:55 PM (GMT)
are you sure about that nemo??-.- i was warned for nothing and i didnt knew about it until FCR told me about it so how can we know if we were warned if sometimes you don't tell us

Nemomon - December 10, 2007 09:07 PM (GMT)

Your making fun of me O_o i hate that

Nemomon - December 10, 2007 10:17 PM (GMT)
Nope, i haven't reason for doing that. I like you regardless of that. That warn you acquired was long time ago and wasn't enough important for informing you.

Enzan - December 10, 2007 10:28 PM (GMT)
What kind of screwed up boards do ya go to Nemo <_< , look at all good boards there's warn lvl with reason for user, IFSZ, IFree main forum, PD, BBoards, ALL GOOD FORUMS

Kingofkingz750 - December 10, 2007 10:47 PM (GMT)

, vesc lets you see your warn level too. once, i got warned by souljah and i could see it.

timaeus222 - December 11, 2007 12:40 AM (GMT)
mm hmm. members should be allowed to see it because if they see it, they'll know when they have to behave better.

Kingofkingz750 - December 11, 2007 01:02 AM (GMT)
Say for example someone has a 90% warn. They kept clean for 2 yrs an forgot about it. This poor 'ol chap decides to play around thinking he is safe. BANNED.

As far as I know, you get an E-Mail/PM every time you get your warning level increased/decreased. There's an option in the Admin CP that lets other members see their own warning level and their reasons.
(Sorry if this was answered already - I didn't bother to read through the entire topic. :D)

Only when Staff Member is sending PM / E-Mail to you.

You're lucky. I want lock that thread but as far as i know ours members, when i'll lock it, soon members will create 10 threads "How much Moderating Team are bad!", "How he dare close that thread" or something like that >______>

In...

QUOTE (Chaud)
...ALL GOOD FORUMS...

... Members don't question Forum Rules, Forum structure &c but they enjoy posting in it and rest are leaving for Moderating Team. Maybe there is a reason for not public member's Warn Level? If you don't know that, don't post about that! :/

Enzan - December 11, 2007 12:03 PM (GMT)
Well the only point is, THERE IS NO REASON FOR US NOT SEEING IT, but w.e this never bothered me really, I'm used to MANY stupitidies on TREZ so meh

Kingofkingz750 - December 11, 2007 01:41 PM (GMT)
Shouldn't ppl be able to see it, to know when to start cleaning up there act?

Nemomon - December 11, 2007 01:52 PM (GMT)
No, because i don't understand what you're saying.

Kingofkingz750 - December 11, 2007 01:59 PM (GMT)
Well at around 70%-90% most ppl think of acting better. If they knew this info they'd prevent themselves from being banned. Some unknowing person may have a 90% warn lvl and think it's at about 20%.

Nemomon - December 11, 2007 02:06 PM (GMT)
Members, that forum exist more than one year and nobody never need that thing. Why now you want it? Most of you are there more than a some days, most of you had a chance to get warn and nobody never said something about needing Warn Box. You really haven't more important problems than Warn Box? When you will have something like 90% you really will be informed about that!

Kingofkingz750 - December 11, 2007 02:10 PM (GMT)
 Well it was a small question, I never intended it to rile up the TREZlians.

May I know my W-lvl if any?

Nemomon - December 11, 2007 02:24 PM (GMT)
KoK, we never will have small question because some ours "always idssatisfied" members are waiting for that, when they will have a chance to attack TREZ once again. Main question isn't important. Only important is one thing - "by using it (even stupid and nonsense thing) i may attack TREZ and Admins". This is real core of this thread and posts in it.

Enzan - December 11, 2007 04:58 PM (GMT)
Yea on year with like only 20 members who ACTUALLY care or understand how to act in NORMAL forums <_<

Nemomon - December 11, 2007 05:18 PM (GMT)
So, if nobody want post somethig usefull there, tomorrow thread will be locked.

Enzan - December 11, 2007 05:46 PM (GMT)
Srsly what's useful in YOUR opinion , since you became mod you didn't agree on ONE single opinion <_<

Forte Cross EXE - December 11, 2007 09:24 PM (GMT)
I've already caught Black Django trying to raise his post account. Go and see his closed thread in the spam board.

we know about that but he didnt know that in the off topic ramble posts don't count

Nemomon - December 11, 2007 10:36 PM (GMT)
Still, regardless of that, he want spam us (in one thread but still).

blazedout - December 12, 2007 12:07 AM (GMT)
Well anyways back on topic... As for seeing the warn level I would actularry set it up as this. When they get less then 69 % keep it invisble to them but once it become 70 % or above let them see their own warn level so they can be more aware on their mistakes.

Nemomon - December 12, 2007 07:45 AM (GMT)
Answer posted many times - thread locked.
