well i was just checking old genesis games then i found this similar to megaman x or something but the weird thing is the creator is from game freak (A.K.A THE CREATOR OF POKEMON) the name of the game is .........Pulseman ,check it out ive linked a video too

Pulseman? As in the character made by sega that was going into a sonic game? I only know about him because you can get him in MUGEN. He was in hiss own game... I think it might have been japan only though.
