I took the Silver umbreon sprite and reshaded it from scratch. 10 shades, not including the yellow for the eyes and rings.

You can consider it like that, as it is technically similar. THe main difference is that revamping usually attempts to mimc the style of a newer game.

Yeeah, which means he did a good job re-vamping it, since that is the GSC Umbreon =P

I think the shading on the neck could be different. It seems like the smooth shading is correct, but might be too much on other spots, or missing like on the tail.

Actually, I did what's considered the n00b way of shading. I started with the darkest for the outline, and went one px in with the color being 10 light on each, and repeat until I'm done. That's why it appears to be missing in certain spots. It's just not large enough to get a high number of colors.
