Title: Cd question

recently i decided to back up most of my games on CD's but everytime i use the back up one on my ps the game runs slowly and stops reading sometimes so i was wandering does the CD i use matter ??? and i know that if i record with a slow speed it wou;ld make the game read better but just wandering

Games always will lag, if You will play them from CD / DVD than HDD. If You will record it with slow speed, more CD / DVD ROM drivers can read them.

so if the CD is use its not HDD the game will lag while i play it??

Yes, HDD always run faster than from CD.

I copied some of my games in different CD and i tried a couple of them and i noticed that they are working far worse then the originals did so does it matter what type of Cd i use ( im using the one's my dad bought and for myself i think they are the cheap ones <_<)
