I really don't like the mixing of the natural topics(that don't fit anywhere else) and the spamming topics in one section. I think they should be separated.

Maybe. But we only have very few spamming threads and most of them are in Forum Games Forum than in Off Topic Ramble. Also sometimes it's hard to say, which topic is a spam topic and which topic is a serious thread but without own category. But like always i'm waiting for propositions and ideas.
