The official Wave Command Guide
Go to Omega-Xis menu and press SELECT. There will be a screen where you can input stars.
It will looks like THIS:
In Battle codes:
Become Ninja at start of battle:
Become Rouge:*
Become Saurian at start of battle:
Become Tribe King at start of battle:*2
Become Zerker at start at start of battle:
*HP + 850;
Attack, Speed and Charge + 4;
Gauge + 3;
MegaClass + 2;
GigaClass + 1;
UndrShrt;
FlotShoe;
FstBarr
Link Power of Bro's in your brother band don't have any effect.

In Battle the power of all battle cards will be doubled;
Vanishes after 3 turns.
Except Rouge everything will be normal again after you reset your game.
This is what Rouge's power up screen looks like:
