Sure. You can change some graphics, modify battles, etc. What do you mean exactly? It's not like we know how, but it is possible.

Yeah, we also know that it can be hacked because mega rock gave Neoman a code or something to make his handle have the combined DX thing.

Totally man. You can hack every single game known to man, you just need the brain, the smarts, and the materials. Anything is possible with popcicle I never say.

Yes. The only thing you really need is a hex editor.
