I think Tiffani is way to smart to go into the Hollywood craze. I do think she looks great, I just don't want her to lose anymore weight is all.
I agree that as an adult, she looked her best on 90210. The last I heard she was at a confortable size 6. Awhile back "Entertainment Tonight" had this thing on about weight in Hollywood and they said Tiffani said she was at a confortable size 6. I think she is a very sensible woman and won't risk her health for anything.

Yeah she seems very wise! That's why I wouldn't doubt her.

I agree with you Renee. I guess with us all being such fans and knowing the pressure to be so thin in Hollywood, it just came to our attention. She looks so beautiful in these new pics.

Tiffad, this is just a wild guess, but I'm wondering if Tiffani is maybe a size 4 now? It's hard to tell with a picture and I don't think you were asking by judging the picture, but if I had to guess, I would go with a possible size 4.

She does look incredible in those pictures. But I agree, she does seem thinner. I hope she doesn't fall into the lose/gain trap with weight. I know what trouble that has caused me over the past 13 years and I would hate to see her struggle like I have for so long.

some people are just born being able to lose weight and keep it off easily. the holidays comming dont help either. lol

i agree she looks great and always has. i know shes said shes had to work hard to stay that way though. it sucks how some people have to work to keep it up and others dont. im kind of in the middle. when i was a kid i could pretty much eat anything though and not gain.

I'll be 29 this month and can still eat anything I want and not have to worry about gaining much weight. It's just the way my metabolisum works. I don't go and it everything and anything because that's just not healthy. I enjoy food and am still learning how to stop stressing over body issues I have and will never have control over.
With Tiffani, her mother is a plus size woman. My guess is that she's careful with her diet and excerise to stay a healthy weight. I think her mom did a good job teaching her about body image and how to handle the stress of Hollywoods obsession to be thin.

im with you on that about tiffani jenn! her parents raised her right. unlike a lot of other hollywood stars.

i could probably eat anything if i acutally exercised regularly. i hate exercising. lol i dont really gain easily im just having trouble losing a couple pounds from some medicine i was on a while ago. i try to eat pretty healthy too but i love sweets. i have a lot of sugar free stuff to cure the craving. haha

Sugar free stuff never works for me. Plus it's mostly groass :( Blah.

I work out 3 times a week..and it seems like I don't lose anything lol. It's so hard - but there's a lot of sweets in the house.

I'd love to know what Tiffani does. Do you think she works out more than 3 times a week? I forget if she mentioned that or not.

ive read once she said she works out 6 times a week! i could never do that. lol we dont usually have bad stuff in the house its just after a holiday like thanksgiving and halloween right now. lots of leftovers. ;) im really good about not having too much at once though. i have a sensative stomache so i guess that kind of helps me from eating too much of it. i like the sugar free candy. and im used to diet pop now too. i get low blood sugar so eating too much sugar makes me feel crappy anyway.

Whew..6 times. Geez..for an hour and a half!

i like healthy foods too so i eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. i went to a nutritionist a while back so i go by this routine she gave me. i think it really helps. and i have a carb saved for after dinner so i can have some kind of yummy thing. lol yeah i dont like sickeningly sweet things. i do have a thing for dark choclate though! mmmmm and my birthday is comming up so more ice cream cake comming. hehe

She looks skinny and she is getting older :o

I think we can all agree a few exta Lbs wouldn't hurt, but as far as looking older, of course she does! But she still looks great!
