I was confused after reading your post, so I looked into it for myself. Turns out your info, as poorly presented as it is, is correct.
I would guess that he was involved in designing the game and created the account 22 days before the game went public. At least that's what I'm going to tell myself so I can sleep tonight.

yea maybe he helped desighn the game
admins account is also weird he created the game so he can do what ever he has a australlia truck and 134 k bank and route earnings are 1k and he is in active
admin is one lucky guy B)

Jacob was the second or third (can't remember) driver...He was here before the game got released to the public...he helped with the development...Colossus Freight was also created before the game started...

Jacob was involved with the design of the game, along with admin and Lynks. He probably made an account to test things and get rid of obvious bugs before the game was released to public.
