No. Speeding tickets, crashing your truck by going to fast in the weather, crashing because you are over 10 FP, and hauling an illegal amount of weight can make you lose dr, though.

Yea, since RMFs are random, you cannot control them. However, you lose DR for all the things I said in my other post because the driver made that choice.
