Owner Operator Drivers Association


OODA is an association of Owner Operators who value their independence yet want the option of receiving terminal and delivery bonuses without feeling or being treated like a company employee. OODA's founder realized that many Owner Operators could benefit as members by limiting the Collection Percentage to the bare minimum of 1% (the lowest amount the game mandates). Simply hauling the OODA preferred cargo will provide a 5% bonus if nothing else that the solo Owner Operator doesn't receive.

And unlike many of the other trucking organizations, OODA management will never take or be paid a salary from the members. Management positions are voluntary and unpaid.
OODA members can look forward to a 25% reduction in fuel and repair costs when they use the Headquarters terminals, wich will be located in brisbane.

Additionally, members are not charged any Fatigue Points when refueling or doing repairs when these actions are performed at the HQ Terminal or other OODA terminals. Time saved is money earned.
OODA members will receive a 10% bonus when they deliver loads to a city where an OODA terminal is located. As OODA grows the number of terminals will expand enabling members to obtain this bonus more frequently and easily.
OODA members will receive a 5% bonus when they deliver the group's Preferred Cargo. The Preferred Cargo is adjusted to coincide with one of the Top 5 Cargos to maximize earning potential.
OODA Members will also receive 10% off on fuel, truck purchase, and truck items as the association grows fianicially.
OODA Members are free to drive in Australia, Europe or North America, as per their personal needs. In order to maximize the potential number of terminals that benefit drivers, OODA has three branches: OODA Australia, OODA North America and OODA Europe. Members are encouraged to join the OODA branch on the continent they are currently driving on. Should you choose to fly to the other continent, apply for membership at the other division to ensure full terminal and preferred cargo benefits on your continent.
The 1% Collection Percentage that OODA collects goes entirely towards the purchase of additional terminals and dscounts so that members can receive bonuses and conserve Fatigue Points. Not one cent will ever go into the pocket of management who perform their job voluntarily.

On the flip side OODA does not pay any percentage towards a member's fuel, repair or ticket expenses which are the responsibility of the Owner Operator. A common misconception of drivers is that by receiving fuel, repair and ticket assistance that they will earn more money. Company drivers tend to earn less in practice. Companies that pay it's management team any salary at all do so from the amount collected from it's drivers. OODA members understand this fact and prefer to keep more of what they earn instead of handing it over to a company manager.

OODA isn't for everyone. We realize this. We're Owner Operators, not employees. We are a specialized association for Owner Operators who want to do things their way without someone bossing them or treating them like a common employee yet still benefit from using our association's terminals.
