I plan on starting my own company soon, and I wanted to know from someone who is educated about it or someone who owns a company some things. Stuff like how much money I should have, how I should go getting members, etc.

First build your DR and your bank account, as well as your truck. YOu need the best truck and lots of money, so you can give the company all that you are able. It also helps if you can haul nukes until you get the drivers for contracts.

As for getting members, you need to recruit, not on the cb, just by sending PM's to new members, it is legal to recruit from people that are already with a company, but it is frowned upon.
In my own opinion, I'd rather join an already established company, because it is hard to compete with the other companies.

I understand that, but how should I go getting experienced members? I don't want newbies to the game being my Vice President and such.

I don't really know what to say, I know I hire people that have been in the game awhile, all the time. But thats because I'm with the number 3 company in the game, so we're ones of the first companys people see. Your best bet would to get masked, post under the masking depot, then once you get masked then you can post under the company thread, you can advertise there.

A way to get more experienced drivers is to offer them positions, like VP and HR manager and such.
