OK, 6 new drivers today, all starting in the correct city for the contract, all with the same truck, huh?

BTW- I only noticed this one, because as a Contract Manager, I did the math for this contract, and figured out that my company (which was larger than theirs) could not likely complete it since it had no perm supplier. Since getting this contract, they've gotten 16 new drivers in 3 days?

Either funny business, or they have one hell of an off-site recruiting program to get people here and in the right place at the right time...

very funny and with in 3 days they have 16 drivers only cf can do that i get like 1 a month lol

hey jubby for the record CF isnt the only one that gets 16 new drivers in 3 days. Some of the other big companies OR any company with a good recruiting team can do it. Not saying that this particular situation isnt obvious BUT in general that many new drivers in one company is no big deal. I believe Utopia's record is something like 32 in one day.

16 drivers in 3 days can be done with the right recruiting. We got a guy who has brought in something like 12-14 in 2 days.
