i have caller display i get a few of them but when thay hang up i call them back and give them a a f***in RED ear and a few of them started to cry

i disagree
The telephone speaker can only output so many decibles.. Train horn, car horn, or just yelling will all do the same thing. I think a loud, but more importantly, high pitch tone would be the most bothersome.

even if you have caller id all the have to do is dial *67 then thenumber and it will come up restricted
