im with muddslinger Im loving the 2008 dodge 2500 cummins i got.. Thankyou grandpa for having to much money and went and bought this truck to tow his boat and camper and thats hardly ever so he said i can drive this and he will drive his S10... couldnt argue with that..

that cummins has some power.. i was watching pinks all out the other night and a dodge cummins got in the field and make it to the top 6 and got beaten becuase he had a little slower reaction time but that truck was a fast pickup..

Nothing beats the new ZO Gillig Hybrid! I drove them things once and the drive train goes WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO when you stop at an intersection. And then when you start up again it goes ooooooooooooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWH! And it also runs on CNG and the non ZO class runs on biodiesels! Wow, the age that we live in!

It is one kick ass bus! I was out in the country and a truck full of punks pulled up to my bus and reving their engine and the road narrowed up ahead and they couldn't accelerate fast enough and the bus won and they nearly crashed off the road!

The Hybrid one weighs in at over 600HP, but the engine is measured in CCs, but it is more than you would find in a pickup car ;)

600hp in a bus thats alot, in my new dodge we got our chip set on 50hp so 350+50=400hp and 650+120=770lb ft of torque that is plenty for me we have never takin it off of that setting dont plan too.. the chip we have you can get an extra 100hp and 250lb ft of torque.. but just the plain motor is alot of power for a pickup

I have a 1997 GMC Sierra 1500 Extended Cab with a 350 in it and boy does she haul lol. heres a pic of it. its got 129k miles but its in really good shape.

had a dodge .... never again.... teh cummns engine was great cant say the same for the rest of the truck though.

hmm V10 over a powerstroke diesel, they must really suck if you would want a v10 :lol:

Don't get me wrong I love the 7.3 powerstrokes. but the 6.0 powerstroke bleh people I know and our local fire depts have had way too many problems with em for me to even consider.
The truck is still a solid well built truck which is why I would still consider one with either a 7.3 powerstroke (pre-2003) or the V-10

my perfect truck would be a F350 crew/long with a 5.9 cummins and an allison 6 spd.

who wouldnt want a ford with a cummins and allison??

you can get them in a F650 and higher

2003 Gmc Sierra 2500, A 2000 CHEVY K2500, and a 1985 international 2275 with a 350 cummins is what I roll, and planning on buying me a duramax as a self Christmas gift

Diesels have worse acceleration than a gas engine! They just yield more power. And sure a Corolla is slow if you drive like a jerk, but when I put the petal to the vinyl, VRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! Your Dodge is miles behind!
