In reading your rules on CB use, I read that the moderator is supposed to give a warning first, then a suspension, and also that the suspension is supposedly for 48 - 72 hours for a first suspension. Is there some kind of time warp that I'm not aware of? Without a warning, I received notice of suspension 84 hours ago. Whoever is running this circus should be more explicit with the policy on suspension, be more diligent in monitoring those on suspension, or be a little more tolerant in their disciplining of the players. I am currently trying to apologize to someone for something said earlier in the week, and I am unable to do so at this time thanks to this prolonged suspension. A little feedback from the moderator on this would be appreciated.
Depends on the infraction. Recruiting often gets a warning before a suspension, but obscene language can get a suspsnsion the very first time.
As for the timing issue, you are supposed to come here and appeal the suspension, then we fix it.

My apologies. My take on it is that an appeal is an attempt to avoid a penalty or punishment. If an appeal is required to regain the use of the CB, then, yes, I'm appealing my suspension. It would seem that the parties creating the dissent on channel 3 have moved on, anyway.
